Nothing compares to these cases. I got a temporary one while I was waiting for my otter to come in and felt like I had a hot potato all week that I had to be careful with lol. Couldn't prop it up anywhere because it would slide down, once I got my otter on, I felt like I could throw it and it would be ok. I had a defender case for my S10 for 4 years and it was traded in in basically perfect condition because it was so well guarded. I work at a water plant and in the field and it was dropped all over the place. These cases are worth every penny.

Misleading picture

I have used Otter box cases for as long as I can remember. Never had any issues, not even with returns or warranties. I ordered this case because it looks like from the picture it has a screen protector like most of the Otter box cases I have used, I know I should have read more carefully on the features, and that's my fault. It's very misleading, and I know I am not the only one who has had this problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A little while back our engineers removed the built-in screen protector from our Defender Series cases to ensure complete functionality with the newest devices. They redesigned this case in order to provide the same drop protection even without the built-in screen protector. I've been a faithful OtterBox user for years and the S23U defender version is just as great as ever. My last otter lasted over three years, and kept my old s20 in pristine condition. I love the new 'canyon sun' colorway with its contrast of pink and blue. It is a bit bulky since the S23U is already a big phone, but that's a sacrifice I'm willing to make for the supreme drop protection the defender affords. Fortunately it fits in most of my pockets just fine. I also added a popsocket to the back- it adhered strongly, so if you'll be investing in one know that it grips just fine. I've had mine for three weeks now and have had a few drops-so far so good-I'm confident it will keep my S23U in perfect condition for a few years until my next upgrade. I highly recommend this case if you want the best protection for your new galaxy.

I LOVE the case itself the color, the protection, and the feel is all top notch. That being said the holster clip needs a lot of improvement. I've already had it replaced through warranty once and both belt clips broke on the first day of light use. Just wearing it around my office. It would bump a counter or any surface and snap off. Likely this is helped by the s23 ultra being a monster of a phone. Still sticking with otter box.

As always Otterbox makes a great case. Only flaw is the edge near camera doesn't seal well and catches on everything and will eventually fail. This is more the fault of the phone design, but I wish it were more secure there.

Great, all-around protection! A tad bit bulky, but I would rather my phone feel protected than have a super thin case. The first case I received had a factory defect and Otterbox was super quick to send me a replacement at no charge. I will definitely do business with them again!
