I'll never buy a different brand of phone case!

I bought an Otterbox case a few years ago and now i'll never buy a different brand! I'm quite clumsy and drop my phones all the time, but Otterboxes protect my devices amazingly! I trust Otterbox cases 100%

Frame cracked after few days

Frame cracked after a few days. Contacted the warranty department they charged my credit card for shipping. After one week now they want pictures and a longer delay! This says a lot about their product and warranty. VERY DISAPPOINTED
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I work as a cameraman and always moving with one hand on my camera. I have dropped the phone many times and can say that Otterbox has saved my Samsung Galaxy phones. I started using them from the Galaxy S3.
I have many friends that pull out their phones with cracked screens and cracked back sides. I always say "Get an Otterbox". I just got the S23 Ultra. Within 1 hour. The case was on and the Glass protector was on. I use the Whitestone Dome glass that is compatible with the Otterbox defender case. It is a great combination.

I upgraded from the S21 Ultra to the S23 Ultra, so of course I had to get a protector case for my new phone. First thought, Ottorbox, the s21 Ultra Otterbox Defender Pro case kept my s21 ultra safe for the 2 years I had it & I know theS23 Ultra Defender Series Pro Case will keep my S23 ultra safe for as long as I have it.
