I like very much the fit & ruggedness of my Defender Series Pro Case, and would have expected no less quality from Otterbox. However, had I known that this case has a flap that covers the power cord plug, I might have chosen a different style. I appreciate that it is probably for keeping dust & lint out, but, it is inconvenient. I have owned more than a few Otterbox cases and none of them had this feature. Still, a very quality product.

The case rubber edges on the screen to soft and shifting with the plastic frame make a noise because plastic frame around the screen very thin.
