I purchased an Otterbox because of my husbands good luck with them. His phone was run over by a truck. Looked like it was destroyed. Took the case off and removed the screen saver and there was not a scratch on it. My luck not so good!!! My Samsung S23 ultra fell out of my lap, I picked it up and the screen was shattered!!! I'll never own another Otterbox! ever!!!

No, unfortunately, it's NOT! While awaiting on warranty. Feel obligated to share. Case became loose & it's the 2nd replacement on way. Also, phone unpacked and straight to case. Some how small gash on side of brand new phone, when it's BEEN in case since it's arrival.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worst design yet!

Bought four of them when our new phones showed up. Three of the four cases have already broken, one leading to the phone breaking as well.
Have had many defender cases for all of my phones and this is by far the worst design, especially down by the S-Pen spot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're constantly working to improve our cases with each new release, so although this case may seem thinner in comparison to a case you had in the past, we've thoroughly drop-tested and confirmed this Defender Series Pro case offers a DROP+ rating 4X the military standard (MIL-STD-810G 516.6).
With that said, while we design our cases to minimize the risk of damage, there are variables that can influence the outcome of any drop or fall that we're unable to prevent. We can't extend our warranty to the device itself, as we aren't the manufacturer. We'd be more than happy to help with a brand-new case though. I've always been very satisfied with otterboxes. I was very happy to get it for my new tracfone. I was pretty nervous the few days I had my phone w/out the otterbox. After I got the otterbox I knew my phone was safe. I wouldn't buy anything else to protect my phone.
