I’ve had problems with mine frequently defrosting, showing add water when it’s full, and shutting off.

Makes delicious ice that is perfect size and texture. I love to have just a cup of ice like in the hospital with this machine. Great quality too, have not had any issues with machine

Love my new ice maker . You can see the ice start coming in about 10 minutes. In about an hour it’s half way full
