You Must have it!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! It’s absolutely stunning! The white color is impeccable, and its design is unbeatable. You can place it anywhere, and it will look fantastic no matter what. It’s incredibly quiet, extremely clean, and the ice cubes are perfect for any cocktail. They’re the ideal size and last a long time in the glass. I'm absolutely thrilled and in love with this machine; it's the best thing I've had in a long time!

Especially since you'll never run out, thanks to built-in WiFi that lets you schedule ice production, receive maintenance alerts, update software, or order Opal accessories, all using the SmartHQ App or Amazon and Google Voice devices!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved the nugget maker and the consistency of the ice it makes. It has a great capacity and is not very loud at all. The design is elegant and it is practical and easy to clean. Would recommend! Just be aware of the size (pic for reference) as it may not fit in smaller places.

Slow at first, now a must have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this! It is easy to clean and very durable. It is larger than I thought, but it has a sleek design that looks good on the counter. It’s relatively quiet and produces great quality ice (I use spring water in gallon jugs)
It took some time to make ice in bulk at first, but as it ran more consistently it became a lot quicker. Definitely suggest using the side tank as well for a larger quantity of ice and less refilling.
Keeping it running overnight was the the best thing I found when getting started with this.

Great ice

Makes delicious ice that is perfect size and texture. I love to have just a cup of ice like in the hospital with this machine. Great quality too, have not had any issues with machine

Best Nugget Ice Maker on the market!!!!

We have been looking for the perfect ice maker, and we found an opal nugget ice maker. It's small, fits right into our countertop, and is very convenient. The way it makes ice in just under 30 minutes is incredible. We are delighted and can't ask for anything better than this ice maker. We can track it on our phone because of its Wi-Fi capability. Easy to descale and keep functioning.

Initial cleaning set up process took a little while and I chose to use distilled water to do that but so far it is working great.
