It will keep your water cold all day and lasts all day

This Amazing Machine is So Worth It!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The GE Profile Opal 2.0 Ultra ice maker is a truly amazing machine. Now I have the "good" ice right at home! The most delicious, perfectly crunchy, ultra cold ice in around 30 minutes. Set up was pretty easy, it took about 15 minutes to go through cleaning cycles and then ice started forming within 10 minutes. There is some noise, but I dont feel it is too loud. Its great for having guests over as the machine will continue making ice until the Add Water light comes on, but this takes awhile if u fill the extra water tank. What's amazing is that the Opal can be controlled through an app. Imagine arriving home from a long, hot day to yummy ice already made! My whole family is really enjoying testing out the Opal 2.0. I would recommend it to anyone who loves a ultra cold drink or chewing ice. Just make sure to keep it clean, which is a easy process.

It is sleek and an average sized countertop ice maker with some noise. It is fairly easy to clean and refill. The speed of the ice creation makes up for the noise, you have ice in about 20 minutes after unboxing!!

The GE Profile Opal 2.0 Nugget Ice Maker model XPIO13SW2SS is amazing! Not only is it a beautifully designed stainless steel appliance, but it's worth the space on your countertop. My family has loved the copious amount of beautiful ice it makes, and it encourages us to drink so much more this summer! It fits beneath standard cabinets, and comes with an additional side tank for even more capacity. The Opal makes ice that's top notch and entirely flavorless! It makes crunchy clear nuggets that are wet like typical bartender's ice, but chewable without immediately melting in your drink! If you love cold drinks with restaurant-quality ice, the Opal ice machine is THE way to get it at home! It's designed so that the ice is always freshly-made, and can accommodate parties or large families with a huge bucket and up to a pound of new ice per hour! My family uses ice constantly, but the bucket's never been empty! It's extremely simple to use, and even tells you when it's time to sanitize or descale, which uses a very simple cleaning mode. The SmartHQ app even lets you control the ice machine remotely and set automated schedules so you never have to wait for fresh ice! When I had an issue with my new ice machine, I got help easily because there's a dedicated customer service department just for Opal! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Oh my gosh! It’s absolutely stunning! The white color is impeccable, and its design is unbeatable. You can place it anywhere, and it will look fantastic no matter what. It’s incredibly quiet, extremely clean, and the ice cubes are perfect for any cocktail. They’re the ideal size and last a long time in the glass. I'm absolutely thrilled and in love with this machine; it's the best thing I've had in a long time!
