I love Otterbox, I work for a retailer of their product. Unfortunately, the cases they've started selling for the newer phones are horrendous quality compared to how they were in the past. The regular Symmetry cases are okay, but the design on cases come off very fast. The clear Symmetry series cases do not fit the newer iPhones properly, they are very loose and feel like the phone will fall out, and the buttons are not very good at all. They stick and don't press in properly. The quality of the plastic feels heavily downgraded. This makes it very difficult to sell such expensive cases to my clients. I hope they reevaluate the quality they are providing to customers with the same regard they have had in the past. Definitely not impressed with my previous favorite phone case brand. I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max, previously an iPhone 13 Pro. All of my cases for my 13 Pro were wonderful, I had no complaints. But I am sure they had some sort of difficulty with the design changes of the newer iPhones. I'm hoping they are able to perfect it soon, so they fit on the phones as they are supposed to. That is just my honest take of these cases after selling them for over 2 years.

Same with this one order but the MagSafe ring white part was falling apart and it seems scratched so didn’t really get to try it

Great case. Does everything it is suppose to do. But, it yellowed after a week. I thought all companies had the 'anti-yellowing" clear cases but I guess not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent case but those side buttons… Case functions as it should. Charger fits well.side buttons are very rigid and it’s difficult to adjust volume.

It’ll randomly snap off on a corner if I put it in my pocket and it’s not protective it’s more like your paying for the design and brand. Very disappointing I’ve broken like 3 tempered glass screens with this case only. I just wanted something protective and cute but this one was not it.

Good fit. Dropped several times and so far so good. The plain colors are a little rougher on the back and have slightly better grip. The multi colored ones with scenes, etc are very slick, slide easily and less grip. Always have been an OtterBox fan.

It’s ok I really like the defender camouflage case better I should’ve gotten that that one instead but I was wanting to try Symmetry Series Case but didn’t really like it it’s to slippery for my hands .

Discoloration happened within a few days. The case has a slick texture which make it slip out of your hand easily.
