I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my Bespoke fridge with Family Hub, and I love it. First of all, I received it way faster than I expected; especially with all of the supply chain issues we have today. It looks great in my kitchen and just adds to my Samsung and Smartthings ecosystem. I have plenty of room for all of my refrigerated items, and I really like the beverage center. The auto-fill pitcher is so cool and refills quickly after I get a drink.
I also appreciate how the freezer is laid out. I have a bunch of frozen meat, so the bottom drawer freezer works well for that. I am using the middle Flex drawer for thawing and short-term meat storage. The ice maker is perfect for entertaining. I like the fact that I have bins full of ice that are easy to get to.
I have Smartthings setup on the fridge, so I can control home automation from it. I also like that I can monitor status from my phone or use the cameras to see what I need while I'm at the grocery store. I have my doorbell incorporated so I can see visitors on the Family Hub when they are at the door. I setup my calendar on the Family Hub so my kids can always see my schedule. This is the ideal "whiteboard" for family notes.
This is a really nice fridge and it is now the centerpiece of my kitchen.

A Perfect Central Piece to my Smart Home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by saying I am a Samsung certified field technician. I've repaired many Samsung TV's and appliances, so I came into this with a keen eye for common issues. After two weeks of using this refrigerator, not only have I not encountered those issues, Samsung has actually actively fixed some problems that plagued them in the past.
Firstly, the ice maker. I was so happy to see that on this model, they had moved away from the direct cool technology that caused so many problems in the past, and instead opted to put the ice maker in the freezer. Not only is it a solid move to prevent the jamming issues, the system in this unit is actually exceptionally innovative. It produces two sizes of ice that drop in their respective bins to be dispensed with the provided scooper. I absolutely love it. Perfect ice cubes every time!
The autofill pitcher is also a delightful surprise. I didn't realize how much I would appreciate having water infused with lemons and limes. I also like the fact that I can fill my water bottle from the pitcher instead of standing at the water dispenser waiting for it to fill.
The Family Hub is incredibly useful. The French heater has 3 cameras so you can see what's in the refrigerator on your phone. It's helpful when you make an impromptu grocery store visit and you want to check your refrigerator to see what you need. The Samsung TV Plus app is awesome too. I can honestly say I am more likely to cook meals now because I can watch TV programs on the refrigerator while I'm preparing my meal. Another feature of the Family Hub I really like is the recipes and cooking instructions. You can actually choose a recipe and it will send the ingredient list to your phone so you know what to grab at the store.
One of the last unique features of this unit that I'll mention is the Bespoke panels on the drawers. I don't know if I'll ever have the desire to change the panels to a different color, but I could definitely see a scenario where over time the doors have been peppered with dings and scratches from the wear and tear of every day life. The option to replace those panels, thereby giving my refrigerator a face life, is pretty amazing to say the least.
This is by far the most innovative and exciting refrigerator I have ever seen, and I've directly worked on thousands of appliances. If you are looking for something with a premium build and all kinds of unique technology, this might be the refrigerator for you.

I can access my Google and Outlook calendars from the screen on the front, which is very helpful as a working professional with kids. It also connects to my Pandora and Amazon music and has a tv for watching from the kitchen. I am very happy with everything so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got this fridge a couple weeks ago and I was so excited to receive it. It is even better than I expected. There is so many things you can do with it. For starters, My husband goes to the Samsung TV app and watches this old house while he’s in the kitchen. I love to use Alexa and listen to music that I have saved. My kids also love to listen to their favorite songs and watch music videos on YouTube right from the refrigerator.
I love the fact that the pitcher in the beverage center auto fills when it’s getting low. I also am a huge fan of the two different types of ice that this freezer makes. And when it’s full it stops making ice so it doesn’t overflow. Another bonus to this fridge is that the filter is easily accessible and you can get a subscription through Samsung so that you never run out of water filters.
I have not found one thing bad about this fridge as the whole thing is amazing. I also think for the price of it, it is actually pretty cheap for everything you get with this refrigerator.

This refrigerator not only includes the highend features (screen that does everything including Alexa, internet, frig camera), but also in great design. I haven't had the chance to customize the color yet but even the default color already made my kitchen looks so much nicer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am absolutely in love with this new Fridge. So I actually bought this for my Mother-in-law's house. My kids spend half of the time at their house if they are not at my house. And the fridge she had was an old small fridge. Having my kids half of the time, you need to have a very spacious fridge to fit all of my Family's needs. This fridge right here is just that. The space in this Bespoke Samsung Fridge is tremendous. Now apart from the space there are so many great features I have set up the wifi and connected this new fridge to my Samsung app on my smart things. I can view what food is inside just from my phone. I can also change the setting of how cool I want it or if I want the ice or water turned off. This is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Now about the screen this fridge has, well it has left me speechless . I absolutely love the control of the features right from the screen. The screen can also be turned into a TV literally . My kids were wat hing samsung tv on this. So it's like having 2 in1 a TV and a Fridge. I can also have a calendar, shopping list, reminder, and many more features I still will find once we have it more time. The water pitcher is a plus for me. Having a pitcher of cold water is great other than having just the glass of water pour it from the fridge. The ice making is a great feature to have when we have small gathering with family for our drinks. The Freezer space is so much bigger than the pictures show and of what I imagined. Now every time someone comes over to my Mother-in-law's house they ask about the fridge! And of course my Mother-in-law loves to tell them how great it is in every way. I will definitely recommend this Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator to all my family and friends.
