Love the fridge

Best fridge I've ever had. Tons of space, love the in-door water pitcher, temperatures seem pretty uniform, great flexibility with the drawer, and it looks great. Love the family hub linked with alexa. Advanced/modern, sleek, tons of features, and it works great. Highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was first introduced to Samsung Bespoke refrigerator after my old one broke. I purchased one without the family hub, and my family loved it. I never thought that I would have so much interests in a refrigerator, but I love the design and concept of Bespoke refrigerators. So much so that I bought a second one for my office. This time with the family hub!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ordered last October to have it delivered in December. However worth the wait to love this refrigerator. The Icemaker is excellent ( hence two types in sizing) and the middle compartment is very unique to appreciate ( temp between refrigerator/freezer to store the meat needing in next 1-7 days to keep it fresh without freezing. Easily organized on all levels to display often/heavily needed items. Thank you so much for this amazing Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator. Our family absolutely love it to appreciate

not adjustable like it should be

I just received this refrigerator and so far I'm not too happy with it. The door shelves aren't adjustable. The main shelves are barely adjustable. How hard is it to mold more bump-outs into the plastic to be able to adjust shelves? You can't fit gallons of milk anywhere but the door. Bottles of dressing, ketchup, even pickle jars just don't fit. Beverage center door sounds good but again the shelves are too close together to put any actual beverages in it. My old refrigerator had shelf brackets in the center and sides that went most of the way up so you can adjust the shelves any way you want. Not this. Top shelf is not split and runs full width. Lower shelves are split but only has a bracket in the center with 2 places you can put the shelves and the outside of the shelves are supported by plastic notches in the side of the fridge. Dumb design. Could easily be fixed if someone would actually test these things.

Modern features to maximize the contents

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it after watching the presentation at CES earlier this year. We are very happy with it but for the smudge-proof feature which I had in our earlier refrigerator. I like the water and ice containers hidden behind the door and the overall capacity and “metal cooling” features of the fridge.

Skip Samsung at all cost

Whatever you do do NOT waste your money on this refrigerator. It worked great for 2 years and 2 months. Then I started having issues with the freezer. Called in through the extended warranty. I was shocked (not really, I was warned) that the ice maker needed to be replaced. No problem, right? They’ll replace it and it’ll be good as new. Well Samsung doesn’t make the ice maker anymore so basically they told me there’s no fixing it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Autofill Pitcher is best feature

This is a good fridge. It has plenty of space. I find the middle drawer especially useful and appreciate the flex feature to set temperature. The main reason I wanted this fridge was for the beverage center that automatically fills the water pitcher. That is the handiest feature I've ever had in a fridge, and I use it daily. The ice bites are a favorite of every guest. I also have the family hub, and I use it more often than I anticipated. The camera feature inside the fridge rarely recognizes anything correctly, so I don't use that one. I do make notes often on the hub and use it to pull up my recipes. The one thing I am not thrilled about is the inability to remove the shelves to clean them. One of the shelves allows you to slide a portion back, which helps when I have tall cakes to refrigerate. The freezer drawer has plenty of space and is easy to organize.
I would recommend this to a friend!
