Bespoke tech for your food!

First let’s talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There’s room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there’s a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement. For clean lines and cleanliness I’m happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You’re less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don’t see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There’s a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn’t like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink? The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what’s inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones! Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket.

Huge and spacious

I am absolutely in love with this new Fridge. So I actually bought this for my Mother-in-law's house. My kids spend half of the time at their house if they are not at my house. And the fridge she had was an old small fridge. Having my kids half of the time, you need to have a very spacious fridge to fit all of my Family's needs. This fridge right here is just that. The space in this Bespoke Samsung Fridge is tremendous. Now apart from the space there are so many great features I have set up the wifi and connected this new fridge to my Samsung app on my smart things. I can view what food is inside just from my phone. I can also change the setting of how cool I want it or if I want the ice or water turned off. This is absolutely beautiful inside and out. Now about the screen this fridge has, well it has left me speechless . I absolutely love the control of the features right from the screen. The screen can also be turned into a TV literally . My kids were wat hing samsung tv on this. So it's like having 2 in1 a TV and a Fridge. I can also have a calendar, shopping list, reminder, and many more features I still will find once we have it more time. The water pitcher is a plus for me. Having a pitcher of cold water is great other than having just the glass of water pour it from the fridge. The ice making is a great feature to have when we have small gathering with family for our drinks. The Freezer space is so much bigger than the pictures show and of what I imagined. Now every time someone comes over to my Mother-in-law's house they ask about the fridge! And of course my Mother-in-law loves to tell them how great it is in every way. I will definitely recommend this Bespoke Samsung Refrigerator to all my family and friends.

The idea is nice, the refrigerator is exhausting

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it a month ago. Deleted all of the factory photos and now they’re all back. I can’t touch and remove them again because that album was deleted, so now I just have a slide show of random people on my fridge of a different ethnicity and I cannot remove it!! Food recognition option is irritating. If I place food in the fridge it incorrectly identifies it 100% of the time so I constantly delete it and the fridge adds it back. No option to disable that feature. ( there’s a camera, why not include a barcode scanner?) The door shelves are not adjustable: I can’t delete unwanted and annoying apps that I’ll never use from the fridge. Like Pepperidge farm; Ring, etc… very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST FRIDGE EVER

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Bespoke is only a few weeks old and already we are loving it. Great design, great looks and tremendous features.
We are in the final stages of a kitchen remodel and our Bespoke is the icing on the cake.
We love the automatic pitcher refill feature. Always have ice cold water when we want it. The twin ice makers in the bottom freezer quietly makes and dispenses both ice cubes and ice chips into seperate bins.
The Family Hub is a really neat feature. It immediately connected to our WIFI system so now we have Alexa, Pandora, I Heart Radio and Amazon music, to name a few of the apps. We can watch TV shows, news or even movies. We even our Ring Doorbell on it. Kinda cool when someone comes our door and they appear on the refrigerator.
The Family Hub also has recipes to help with meal planning.
You can also download pictures from your phone and create your own slideshow.
Honest, I was shopping at a local store when I got a text message. I opened the message and it was from our refrigerator telling me a door was open on the fridge. I thot, WOW!, it even lets me know when something not right is going on with it. I immediately called my wife to let her know the fridge door was open. Seems she was rearranging some things in the Bespoke and kept the door open too long.
I have attached a few pictures of our new Bespoke. Please keep in mind our kitchen is being remodeled, thus the doorless cabinets.

Stopped working after a month

Bought the Samsung familyhub refrigerator and it stopped cooling after a month. tried reaching out to technical support but no luck. i think there should be another feature that is missing in the features section that is will work only for a month buy a new one after that.

The new Heart of the kitchen

Just like the kitchen is the heart of your home, well, this fridge is the heart of the kitchen. This Family Hub Fridge does take the crown as the best smart fridge out there, it just looks like a piece of art, it compliments my kitchen so much and all the guests I've had over notice the fridge first thing as they walk into my home. Oh, and it's not only beautiful on the outside, the inside is also great! Keeps everything cool and maintains the temperature very consistently in all 3 compartments. And here are only a few of my favorite features: 1. The double ice maker: How many times have you struggled trying to fill out a water bottle with ice cubes? Well, say no more, the pellet size ice maker is your savior! 2. Built in water infuser: Who else dislikes the taste of tap water? Guilty here, well, once again Samsung comes to the rescue, just throw in a couple lemon slices, cucumber slices or whatever your preference is into the infuser pitcher, and voila, tasteful water every time! 3. Smart features: How many times have you been to the grocery store and not knowing what you have inside the fridge? Well, just take a peak inside your fridge from whenever you are! How? Well, just log in into Samsung SmartThings and you'll be able to see not just the inside contents of your fridge, you can also set the temperature of the Fridge/Freezer, track the energy usage, even troubleshoot it! These and many more things are the reason why getting this Fridge is a no-brainer.
