Long overdue upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have now had our new fridge for a few weeks. We are still working through figuring out where all of our standard grocery items got best, but overall we really love it. I did not think the water pitcher would even get used but with the hot summer we're having it is used *constantly* and refills itself so quickly. No more standing at the fridge holding the button. The dual ice maker is fantastic, though we're still getting the hang of the sliding lid and scoop. The freezer seems much deeper than the one on our old fridge. We really appreciate the flex drawer, being able to just open that section without having to open the large doors. I do wish there were more app option on the touch screen, but we have made regular use of the calendar, screen saver, Bixby for things like setting a timer, searching for recipes, and the shopping list (linked to everyone's phones!) along with playing with some of the other options. We have found that the glass collects fingerprints, but we have a microfiber cloth attached to the side with a magnet. The stainless steel on the bottom drawers does seem a little fragile, and I noticed the smallest dent after I pulled the remaining plastic on the day it was delivered. Overall we are very happy with our new, fancy smart fridge.

Like it - Don't love it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, I like several of the features of the Samsung Beverage Center. Like many, the ice drawer is a DREAM! So much ice. I do like the little beverage drawer where there is a little water station and a pitcher for water or any other beverage you choose. Overall it's a pretty sexy refrigerator. However, it picks up fingerprints like nobody's business.
What I don't like is the freezer drawer. I will always hate a fridge with a freezer drawer, it's basically an abyss. Also what I don't like is the lack of space in the fridge. The fridge is deep, but the shelves are short. I haven't attempted to adjust the shelves yet.
Overall, it's a pretty great fridge, it does the job and I'm just nit-picking. If you had to choose between this lovely or another one, I would definitely recommend this one.

Smart fridge excellent features

It’s The perfect addition to our household we love the refillable pitcher the different ice cubes it provide. our son love the drawing pad and we love watching our family photos displaying on the screen and our favourite feature is being able to review the inside of the fridge while we are the grocery store. watching YouTube videos on the screen is just awesome! I can watch my cooking shows while cooking. Love having this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the absolute best refrigerator out in the market. I love everything. The clean look with no handles, amazing screen, lovely hidden water compartment and the cute tiny little ice cubes. I am in love with it. It keeps everything nice and cold. I love how the ice bucket is in the freezer with a scoop so it leave more space for storage. I find it useful to view what’s in it if I am making a quick stop at a store to save me a trip later so I can check what in it. I can also see who’s at my front door with the family hub since it opens the app on it and shows me. I love now I can stream Spotify and YouTube while cooking. My friends and family have been left Amazed that Samsung has designed an amazing friend. The kitchen is where the party it now! Very useful that it send me a message in my phone when my 3 year old is playing and leaves door open. Refrigerator of the decade!

So far we are very happy with our new fridge

Initially we were not sure if we would like the way it looked because our older fridge was stainless still and we liked it that way but I definitely like this new style too and I think the glass doors look great and are very easy to clean (big plus here). Inside, the space and the shelving is also great. I felt it easyto organize everything and that extra drawer in the middle is a very nice addition with the feature that allows the temperature to be different from all the rest. Now my favorite things: the built in water pitcher that refills itself as we use and the family hub. Im very happy with the built in water pitcher because its very convenient so you don't need to spend time filling it up anymore. My other favorite thing is the family hub: its great to have something like alexa built in their system because now we use alexa to do our groceries list. We also add notes to the memo we have on our home screen and even started to use the alarm function too, to remind us to giving our dogs medicines, etc. The hub also comes with easy access to recipes which I recently have started to explore. I fill this fridge comes with so many new features that we are still learning about it all. Having the smart things app to control lots of features like temperature, ice, etc via phone is also very nice. The only issue I've had so far was that after uploading one picture that we use as our home screen, I was never able to upload another, so that's something I still need to find a way to fix, but it's not important enough to give this fridge 4 stars instead of 5. As I said before, so far we are very happy with it and have no complaints.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it! Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen! Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess! The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water. The Flex Zones drawers allow for storing frozen items or refrigerated items with ease. Keeps fruits and vegetables fresher and last longer due to Samsung’s Metal Cooling. Love that the refrigerator is Wi-Fi enabled allowing me to connect to it and change setting from my phone. I'm glad they finally came out with another newer family hub version. Plenty of space and the features on the hub are user friendly. The Family Hub lets you see inside your refrigerator, manage your family’s calendars, stream music, see who’s at the front door and much more, all right from your fridge or phone. I use Use the Samsung SmartThings App* on your smartphone to control the temperature of your refrigerator and monitor it remotely. Love this fridge. Nothing to complain about so far!

Exceptional Fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this fridge, I love the tablet in the door, being able to set notes, reminders, and shopping lists is amazing. The dual ice option is great, smaller size is great for smaller mouth water bottles. The beverage center is just icing on the cake. being able to do infused water is great. The fingerprint resistant glass is ok, but the metal is great. The interior lighting is exceptionally bright, I don't have to worry about the bulb being blocked by a jug of milk and making the entire unit dark like my old fridge. The 2 minute time for the door alarm is nice, as sometimes I forget to close the beverage center side. The smart things apps is amazing, it lets me control the fridge settings and even upload images to the home hub directly from my phone.
