[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] love this refrigerator, two ice trays large and small ice crubs, we had a problem with it and conns and samaung got to the problem and worked together to get it stratem out/ thanks to all and down to the delivery guys, they were so helpful, cleaned everything up . had it installed again with in no time at all. i had ice thank you everyone for your help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My last fridge was a Samsung that was Wi-Fi connected but did nothing much other than tell me the door was open. This one with the family hub is amazing, I can see my google calendar, I can tell her to do all the amazing Wi-Fi stuff, add things to my Amazon cart and even use a white board. Side benefits are streaming music and videos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everything on your finger tips!

Best thing is that I can do everything through my phone, I check what’s inside, control every zone independently. I can also play slideshow of our pictures and videos on the screen.

EXPENSIVE FILTER AND RUNS OUT QUICKLY

I bought it a year ago, I'm very disappointed, the filter runs out very quickly in 1 year I had to buy 8 filters in total and on top of that filters are expensive.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Samsung bespoke counter depth fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a counter depth bespoke fridge in black with the smart hub. We are very happy with this purchase. The beverage center is a great addition, we love the 2 different ice options & the smart hub works like a computer. Plays music, connects to alexa, etc. Not to mention it’s stunning!
Only thing that we wish is that it was a little taller like the bespoke 4 door. There is a gap between our cabinet and the fridge that we have to figure out how to fill.
Other than that i highly recommend it!

So many unbelievably great features!

The automatic refillable water dispenser, the 2 types of ice and scoop, shopping made easier by "seeing" what's in the fridge when you are at the store, Alexa assisting with music, news and weather on a daily basis and so many more benefits I don't know how we got along without it.

Great for a couple of months till it stopped

Loved it for 3 1/2 months, then it stopped cooling. Lost all our food in the freezer. I was able to return it, just had to pay to have someone haul it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
