[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't know where to start, it's so much to love about this fridge. It has a ton of space to hold everything that was stuffed into our old fridge with a lot of space remaining. Currently we are using the flex space for my sons snacks, he is 7 so it's convenient and easy for him to access. I think the flex space is an awesome addition and it will definitely be used frequently. The water pitcher and dispenser is my second favorite feature; I love the convenient access and that is is located where it does not take up needed space in the interior of the fridge.
My favorite feature is the screen, it has a ton of features that are easy to access and use. I had no issues connecting it to the internet and exploring it's features. The first day this was installed, my wife tried a vegan pasta recipe from the cookbook function and it was delicious. My kids requested it again the next day. Besides the cookbook, I think it is awesome that it also connects with my favorite music service, I no longer have to run my phone down while cooking. I was pleasantly surprised that it has a good volume level; the sound is clear and precise. This fridge also provides a great distraction for my 7 year old while we cook, he loves to draw on it and leave messages to his mom.
Overall I think this is a great integration of technology into an appliance we use daily. It does so much to make life daily task easier such as grocery list, inside view, security (connects to my door camera), entertainment etc. I could go on all day about how much I love it and how it works seamlessly.

From the awesome Beverage Center to the Dual Ice Maker, to make it short if you're looking for fully loaded fridge that will not stand out in your kitchen but will definitely will be the center of attention (if it makes sense lol) of your kitchen this is it!
Samsung nailed the design by placing both the Water dispenser and Ice maker inside, leaving just a plain panel outside that is now fully customizable to match your kitchen!
Going into more detail about the Ice Maker, I just love the small ice cubes this fridge makes, now I can finally put those in my water bottles without making a mess!
The water pitcher with an infuser in the Beverage Center is great! Throw in a couple lime slices, strawberries to give some flavor to the fridge water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this fridge as part of our kitchen remodel as we wanted something that would be stylish and not just look like a slab of metal. We got the black glass and matte black stainless-steel option with the family hub. After having the family hub feature at my previous house, I knew I had to have it again. The functions are great and once you use them, you won’t be able to live without it. I won’t go to much into the family hub features as they are covered pretty well elsewhere in reviews. My primary use of the family hub is access to calendar, SmartThings features, screen mirroring, and sharing photos with the family.
Regarding the fridge. First off, this thing is a beauty. The combination of the black glass and black stainless steel make it look very high end. We love the idea of being able to change out the various panels (except the family hub panel) with different colors and materials. In fact, we have already ordered the navy steel panels to replace the bottom two panels.
So far, the fridge has been flawless. There is a ton of room for all our groceries and we like using the middle drawer as a dedicated drink drawer for easy access. The beverage center is also great. Living in Arizona, we drink a ton of water, and having quick access to a refrigerated water pitcher is great. We also like having the two ice options in the freezer (large cubes and mini cubes). It is easy to go get a scope of ice out and add it to our drink.
This fridge is definitely a keeper and I can’t imagine going back to a fridge without these features. If we get bored of the color or accidently damage one of the panels, it is easy to just order a replacement. We love this ability. All in all, everything has been working great including the smart features, cooling, and ice making.

This may just be the best refrigerator yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow, I'm just amazed at this Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator! My family needs a lot of space to store cold and freezer items. We were hesitant when we first ordered this refrigerator since we hadn't had much experience with this line. But we were completely shocked and amazed how much room this fridge has. It seems Samsung has found a way to better utilize the space within the fridge than I have seen in competing brands. The beverage center with integrated water pitcher have helped to start me on a path to drinking less carbonated beverages. The pitcher has a spot to add lemon wedges or other natural flavoring to keep me from reaching for the soda can. We are in love with the ice maker set up with both mini and large ice cubes , plus the amount of usable space in the freezer is amazing. The theme in the refrigerator is definitely Smart Design and Maximize Usable Space.
The technology within Family Hub is extremely useful as well. Being able to view into your refrigerator while you are at the grocery store seems futuristic, but believe me, it is here. Whether it is running through a recipe, listening to music or even playing a kids show to keep my son busy, this refrigerator checks every box.

The Future of Fridges

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't ever used a smart fridge before, but I can start by saying the Door Open notification has already saved me several times - my children (7 and 11) have either spent a long time looking inside the fridge or didn't close the door all the way,triggering the notification and saving me an expensive trip to the grocery store.
I am a huge fan of the Beverage Center. The default water temperature and ease of use of the pitcher & dispenser combo has been a great resource for filling up water bottles quickly. The water is delicious after filtration, and I love how fast it refills the pitcher after use. It's made it much easier filling our coffee maker or dog bowls without having to use another small cup to transport multiple times.
The fridges Family center is pretty cool as well. It has all the Bells and Whistles I'd ask for. My kids have been leaving notes and my wife and I send messages banc and forth on the fridge. We plan on utilizing this feature to communicate what's for dinner and other fun things to our kids.
One thing that hasn't been as cool as it sounds is the Item Identification - the fridge has cameras so you can see inside. It will build a list of what it can see - but the list is almost always incorrect. I'm not sure the usefulness of this if it can't truly identify things - it thought a bottle of soda was Butter, or a bag of lettuce was milk. Not sure how developed that is, but so far, from what I've seen, it has a ways to go. It also won't be able to see all the items, just the stuff in the front. I'd like to see future models with more visibility into the drawers and back of the fridge, but for now, the glimpse it gives is really awesome and all I need when I'm at the store and need to double check what we're running short on.
Lastly, the ice cube trays are great. I love having the option of small or large cubes. They are very dense and cold so they last a while in a drink and keep the drinks ice cold. I like having a scoop to be able to get as much ice as I need right away. One thing I am annoyed with is that the ice bins don't fill on their own. You have to pull the ice to the front so that the ice continues to produce more - if you don't do this, it'll make some ice, but it won't fill the bin up.
All in all, I am very happy with this Fridge. It's got amazing amounts of space and a very solid and high quality build. It fits in the space, it looks awesome, and is the talk of any guest that comes over.

One of the best refrigerator's we have ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to start off my saying it is a blessing for us too own one of these refrigerators , been wanting one for a very long time. The best part me is the family hub operating system makes my kitchen look super hi-tech.. I can watch movies while cooking and check e-mail at same time with ordering groceries… Just great ! The Matte black steel color the one I purchased and it contrast well with rest of my appliances. The beverage center on left is just a bonus to keep the water pitcher ice cold. Bottom freezer is very roomy use to other bottom freezer that we’ve use seemingly could cut down on chest freezer we have outside. Overall fantastic refrigerator, we recommend every household in America to own one. Thanks for letting me give our opinion!

I love this fridge!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got my Bespoke fridge with Family Hub, and I love it. First of all, I received it way faster than I expected; especially with all of the supply chain issues we have today. It looks great in my kitchen and just adds to my Samsung and Smartthings ecosystem. I have plenty of room for all of my refrigerated items, and I really like the beverage center. The auto-fill pitcher is so cool and refills quickly after I get a drink.
I also appreciate how the freezer is laid out. I have a bunch of frozen meat, so the bottom drawer freezer works well for that. I am using the middle Flex drawer for thawing and short-term meat storage. The ice maker is perfect for entertaining. I like the fact that I have bins full of ice that are easy to get to.
I have Smartthings setup on the fridge, so I can control home automation from it. I also like that I can monitor status from my phone or use the cameras to see what I need while I'm at the grocery store. I have my doorbell incorporated so I can see visitors on the Family Hub when they are at the door. I setup my calendar on the Family Hub so my kids can always see my schedule. This is the ideal "whiteboard" for family notes.
This is a really nice fridge and it is now the centerpiece of my kitchen.
