Garbage. Ice maker is completely flawed and Samsung tries to hide that fact. Never ever buy Samsung appliances. Even when they're good they're being sold by a slimy company that won't back their warranties

Built like a house with unusable space

After owning this fridge for 2 years, here's my take:
Pro's
It looks nice, and people like to thinks its fancy.
keeps food cold as expected.
Dual Ice makers
Water Pitcher
Con's
Big for no good reason, poor design for internal space. You can't really use 29 cubic feet here. The shelving is not adjustable. The top shelf is practically unusable, unless you have a lot of small things. Then small things get pushe to the back and forgotten about due to the poor design. Not sure they could design it any different. the middle shelf will not hold a 2 liter soda unles you use that adjustable area that takes up half the second shelf making the small bottom shelf unusable. The ice makers are nice, but make ice slowly and run out fast when you have more than 3 people using ice a couple times a day. The water pitcher was great at first, now it works when it wants to. There's seems to be a design flaw here, and buggy software that thinks the pitcher is full when its not. Warranty service is useless. I called in a service request for the water pitcher function and no one ever came out. I've just accepted that the water pitcher will not always be full when i look for it. The only way i've been able to get it to work is to do the refrigerrator reset opening all the doors and closing them at the same time, and then wait till the next day and it will work for a few days and then i have to do it all over again. The freezer section is small since the ice maker takes up 25% of the space. The family hub is nice, but limited in what they will let you install even though it appears to be an android based oS.
