[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought about a month ago. Everything works great. There was an update a couple weeks ago and the microphone quit work on the family hub. Only options were to wait for the next update to fix it, or completely reset the hub. Outside of that, we love the fridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A true upgrade from fridge to a home cooling robot

It really is a hub for all things home including your smart devices whole home audio, lights, (not sure on smart locks) for home haven’t tried tht. A/C control as well. Built in Alexa work great as well…… It’s great going to the store looking in the fridge while ur on isle 7 to make sure your milk is still good right from your phone great piece of tech. And the ice maker being separate not on the door is a total game changer and produces a great volume of ice. The fridge and freezer is so spacious almost intuitive with suggestions for dinner from ingredients I have in the fridge truly is a nice touch.

We recently moved to home with an open floor plan with lots of windows, which left virtually no space to display family photos. We love the family hub because after downloading our family photos we can enjoy all our photos via the slide show. In addition, we love the middle drawer and the convenience of the water pitcher. The refrigerator was thoughtfully engineered (style, functionality, space).
