I bought this refrigerator a year ago and two months before our year. The refrigerator completely stopped working. He has now taken us two going on three months to get it replaced. Also now they’re trying to give us $1000 less than what we paid for the refrigerator.

Avoid Samsung Bespoke at ALL costs

The purchase of the Samsung Bespoke 4door has been an utter nightmare. The Samsung Care+ warranty is totally worthless. I bought my Bespoke in spring 2023 - already failed. It is nearly impossible to contact
Samsung refrigerator service, literally spent HOURS attempting to get someone who actually could create a service ticket.
The service tech did not show up for 2 weeks. Once they did no repairs were performed or even attempted. They said yep another crappy samsung fridge has failed, said you will be repaired "someday" when the parts arrive. No date for parts arrival provided. Unbelievable.

Love everything about it except I wish it was fingerprint-less, I hate that I have to constantly wipe the front, other than that which is a tiny dislike. I absolutely love it! Love the ice and the extra water jug that I put fruit and tea in to make flavored water. We are in love with our new fridge!

LOVE THIS FRIDGE...

I bought my refrigerator in December 2022 and I've had no issues with it, I totally love it. I like the fact that its a 4-door French Door refrigerator, i also like the refreshment center, no water dispenser on the door, it's inside the left door (there's a release at the bottom of the left door to access the refreshment area, on top of the left door there's an area to put your hand to fully open the refrigerator door. I also like the water pitcher inside the refreshment center (the pitcher fills automatically, (but you won't see it filling, because the refreshment door has to be closed before it will start filling), the water dispenser in the refreshment center area only dispenses water, but it doesn't have a ice dispensing capability, because this refrigerator has a two (2) sided ice bin, it makes two (2) different sized cubes at once and also has an ice scoop, which my daughter and I both like. The digital screen is a nice feature, although my daughter knows more about it's features than me. This refrigerator also looks at the items in your fridge and tries to help you create a shopping list by the items it thinks you have in your fridge, it will display it on the it's digital screen, THIS IS A FEATURE SAMSUNG NEEDS TO KEEP WORKING ON, because it hasn't done a very good of figuring out what items I have in my refrigerator... Lol. For me thats a minor thing. I like where the water filter is located (between the crispers, when you open the big doors , the filter is right there looking you in the face), you don't have to have the owners manual or do research to find it. The drink drawer is a nice size with two (2) dividers. I also think the freezer drawer is a nice size. I replace my LG french door refrigerator with this one. The LG had to have the upper left door replaced on it (it stopped dispensing water and ice and then it just stopped cooling, all within 5 years. I would definitely recommend this refrigerator to my friends.
