I've been waiting for a new refridgerator for over 20 years, and this one did not disappoint!
It's big - plenty of room for everything. Love the flex drawer for drinks. Had a few issues with the Family Hub screen for the first day or so - but it seems to have sorted itself out. Crossing fingers it will continue to Function as intented!

Innovative, spacious and beautiful!

The beverage center is a feature that I don't ever want to live without, and the dual ice maker is next level. It packs enough groceries to feed a family of 4 and still feels organized and capable of more.
I truly can't say enough about SmartHub. In a world of smart homes and the "internet of things", SmartHub brings useful (not just cool) intelligence to the most interactive appliance in the house.
The glass door panels take a bit of effort to maintain a "fingerprint free" surface, but when clean presents a brilliant surface that is a refreshing change to the common stainless or black metal options that flood the market.
I would be remiss if I did not account for the FlexZone middle drawer. With 5 cooling modes and configurable dividers/compartments, this drawer can change with your daily needs. I've found for our family that immediately following a large shopping trip, it's most useful for deli perishables, but leading up to a family gathering it's best for additional beverages. Still other times it serves best as a soft freeze area, but the way it adapts to your life needs is beyond convenient, into the realm of genius.
This is perhaps the best purchase I can remember, one that I haven't regretted for a single second.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been seeing Samsung's new fridge upgrades over the last few years, but until I got this unit delivered I did not realize how amazing the latest additional features are and how it would actually help with so many day to day things in improving your overall kitchen experience.
I have to start off with the inside water auto refill jug. Only someone who does this on daily basis will understand me, if someone keeps your water jug always filled and ready for your every single need, it just removes the additional stress filling all the various bottles for kids and other family members, it being behind a closed door actually helps with having a toddler at home, locking external system are not practical as this. Hats off to whoever thought of this ingenious idea.
It actually fits in the same place as my old one but I do not understand how they were able to add all the extra space. Open both the doors you will see a wide open space which I have never ever seen before in any fridge. More than enough for all your needs and the crisper drawer keeps my fruits fresh for so long.
The flex drawer is awesome, I use it for veggies, and realized, keeping them open in a wide tray like this just keeps them fresh for longer than saving them inside a container or bag. Also when you cook, it simply makes it easier to choose and decide when you can see everything in one shot
Ice cubes section is perfect for any party. Actually coming to party hosting, you can cook your new recipes watching on youtube right on the fridge, you can see and let in the guests who rang your bell, you can play music/videos on it, and for drinks the small and large cubes makes your life so easy. Family hub is actually a party hub!!!
Color option is a personal choice but from what I learned with this is that the Matte black is a really cool option, especially now that your fridge matches with your microwave and range. which all moved from the stainless steel to black glass and steel combo.
To summarize, after using it for 6+ months, I am yet to find a flaw with it and simply put a perfect upgrade from all the expected and unexpected features you know about a refrigerator. I have been recommending this product to all my friends and I would do the same to whoever is reading this review as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So we purchased this for our new home and it was pretty discounted. Took a minute to get here due to shipping and the way the world is these days. We are pretty tech capable here and hooked it up quick. Read a lot of reviews a couple had issues but ours went in easy as pie and everything works perfectly as hoped and expected. Samsung was very cordial to insure our satisfaction and so far we love this thing its like a giant computer also with so many features its gonna take a pinch to get hip to it. You actually have to go on the hub to turn on ice and off with other things also so you have total control. Love it and highly recommended. Well be on it incase any issues arise unexpectedly. So far a 10.
