Great look, great feel and great features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the BeSpoke 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with the Family Hub Panel and are loving it. We didn't go into the store looking to by this model, we had another in mind, though once we saw it we were hooked. So many features, so much storage space in both the refrigerator and freezer, with quick an convenient access and maximum flexibility. We really like the charcoal glass and matte black steel look, though if we change our minds we have the added flexibility of changing the panels and the entire look, which is a unique feature we plan to take advantage of. 5 stars! Highly recommend this unit.

Smart and Modern Refrigerator!

i was very impressed with this samsung refrigerator, the style is modern, sleek design and comes with a smart touchscreen. 1. different sizes of ice, you will never run out of ice. 2. big touchscreen where i can watch tv, listen to music, search on the web and so much more! you add apps and of course, add this smart refrigerator to my samsung smart things app. i can create notes, draw something, add photos and change my screen. 3. beverage center is awesome, is covered with a door so my little ones can't play with the water dispenser anymore, it comes with a pitcher where i can always have cold water. 4. big space on the top and in the freezer, the best part is the middle compartment where i can store drinks, and adjust the temperature depending on my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am not one to care about my appliances unless they’re not working when I need them but with this refrigerator- I’m in love with it! Once the refrigerator was delivered and installed, I immediately began the playing with it. There are so many useful features. I can play music, watch tv, send messages, and look up recipes- all from the door! The most convenient feature for me is that I can look inside it through my phone when I’m shopping to double check on what I might need to pick up. If you’re like me and love to eat ice, the ice maker is one of its most delicious features. I have to say, I did not thinks I would use the middle drawer as much as I do but it’s the part that I go to the most. I keep a pan to defrost the meat for my meals in one section and still have two other sections to put snacks and other food that I want to keep chilled, but not too cold. The freezer is slightly small but it is very deep and I’ve had enough room to keep everything in there, so no complaints from me. As far as the look, the matte black is so pretty in person and it doesn’t keep fingerprints, just a quick wipe with a microfiber towel or damp sponge and the refrigerator looks as good as new. Plus, it’s a real show stopper. Whenever guests come over they can’t help but comment on my cool fridge and love playing around with the touchscreen. I’m still finding out new features and new things this refrigerator can do. Definitely get this refrigerator!

Our kids love the beverage center, which is easy to use. The pull out drawer is a great and is perfect for kids snacks. A great addition to any kitchen.

Convenient and spacious beauty!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is rally spacious fridge considered it's a counter depth appliance. I wasn't sure I would get enough space but after having it for some time, I'm really happy with it and I've always had plenty of space.
The greateast things about this fridge is all the unique features of a truly smart appliance. There is so much to do from it's big screen, from watching TV, listen to music, add personalized pictures, your calendar, passing from adding your shopping list and actually grocery shopping from there, to checking the interior from anywhere you are using your phone due to the integrated cameras. There are just so many features to list here and the best way I can describe it is having a tablet incorporated in your fridge. It's lovely!
One other unique feature is the beverage center you find behind a hidden door that keeps the look of the fridge clean and modern while still giving you the classic fridge features but also incorporating a water pitch that let's you add your favorite flavors to your water. This hidden door also allows you to easily access your favorite drinks without having to open the big door letting scape cool air and saving you energy.
One other feature that is new to me is the ice making mechanism that gives you two size cubes, your regular size and a smaller one that you can put into water bottles. Really convenient.
Finally, there is the chance of changing the look of your fridge thanks to the interchangeable panels giving you the possibility of changing the color if you get tired of it, need to replace it due to a scratch, or just for the fun of it.
Overall this is a great appliance, Samsung is always my go to brand and they did not disappoint. I love it!

Expensive, but good

- Lots of space
- Cameras to look inside
- Connectivity with mobile and built-in tablet, especially calendar option to share activities
- The beverage center with pitcher and the ice (on a bottom, that gives more room on top)
- Freshness tracking, through Family hub
What we need to get use to:
- No handles
- Food planning (Personalized recipes) options and updating food in the fridge
What we think needs to improve:
- Black glass, you can see fingerprints and need to wipe it out all the time, especially on Family Hub screen
- Ice production is slow and not filling whole bucket
- Middle drawer (FlexZone), when set on freezer, does not fully (hard) freeze food, still good, but not what we expected (food on the back freezes better than in front)
