Bespoke tech for your food!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First let’s talk about the capacity of this large refrigerator. There’s room to store the families favorite foods in this Samsung Bespoke refrigerator. I can store food in all size containers, pots & pans on shelves in drawers and doors. It feels like there’s a place for everything. My kids love the Flex drawer. It's as if they have their own spot in the fridge for drinks and snacks. The clean boxy shape translates to a lot of uninterrupted space inside without all the curves and odd areas that can limit placement.
For clean lines and cleanliness I’m happy the water spout is hidden behind the easy access panel. You’re less likely to have water and ice spills on the ground. I don’t see any water spots or calcium build up on the outside or inside the door. There’s a large capacity ice tray that allows you to see how much ice you have and easily access as much or as little of it. Who doesn’t like a scoop of crushed ice in a refreshing drink?
The HUB is an amazing tool for ordering groceries, listing ingredients or leaving notes for everyone to see. I can watch a cooking show on the fridge and follow the instructions. Party planning? Manage prep like a pro and play music at the same time. You can display artwork and or personalize it with your family photos. My guests tend to stop for a few minutes to look at the photos on the HUB. I can see what my other connected devices are doing such as the washer and dryer, multitasking like a pro! You can use the SmartThings app to see what’s inside your fridge or to change the temperature in the different zones!
Please improve the camera placement for better viewing angles. There should be better group control of other Samsung devices if you want them to display the same thing such as uploaded photos and Artwork either in sync or randomly pulled from the same bucket.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fridge is absolutely amazing! it does so much more than refrigerate. it really looks about the same size as my old refrigerator but there’s so much more space. i cleaned out the old refrigerator and put everything into the new refrigerator and had so much more room it look like i didn’t have any food! my kids absolutely love it because they can play music on it, play games, watch youtube etc. oh i love it because i can look at recipes and not have to keep going back-and-forth touching my phone and getting it messy. The app makes it easy to check inside the fridge for things like milk or juice as you’re on the way to the grocery store. If I go in the fridge and accidentally leave the door open, it doesn’t matter if I’m all the way in my bedroom, the app sends me an alert letting me know the door is open. I can even change the temp right from my phone!! I can also change the kind of ice it makes from the app! The app makes controlling your fridge a breeze!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It really life changing from going to regular fridge to this with ice make and water dispenser is just amazing I consolidating my old fridge and water dispenser to this device it saved my money on power and I don't have to buy ice no more wow its impressive great investment for my family my kids enjoy the heck out of it using it from making smoothies to filling there yeti for there sports games it was real winner in my one and did a real life change and a better quality of life in our home to keeping my drinks cold no longer need my mini fridge ice makes better sence then mini fridge for just soda ice won. It really a big fridge it was bi improvements more space more everything for my home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this fridge, the storage, the dual ice size. The flex zone is amazing. The tablet is just the icing on the cake. Music, movies, photo frame. And the ability to see inside by using the cameras.
interior LED lighting is super bright. The door alarm through the smart things app is awesome. The front glass is great except for the fingerprints, but that comes with it being glass.

Great customization

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love how much customization that they put into this refrigerator!! We were able to add our own pictures to the main page and the "screensaver". You can add shopping lists and it can even track as you use up items in the refrigerator to ask if you want to add something to your shopping list when it's used up. I like all of the app options that are available (I do wish there were more though). It's exactly the same size as our older Samsung refrigerator, but somehow, we have more room in this one! I don't know if it's the way that they reworked the ice and water dispenser sections. I love the calendar feature and that you can sync it to your Google calendar. I created a new calendar and put what's for dinner each night so that everyone can see what's for dinner at a quick glance. As you can see it matches our black cabinets perfectly!! I like that you can change out the faceplates on the refrigerator as well if you want so that it's completely customizable. I did find two big flaws in the refrigerator though (which is why I only gave it 4 stars out of 5). The first is that the front of the refrigerator is extremely hard to keep clean. We have to clean it at least once a day or there are fingerprints everywhere and it looks gross. The second is how difficult it was to upload pictures to the refrigerator. I tried several methods and finally ended up having to upload each picture individually though one of the apps because it either couldn't see the folders that I created with pictures in them or there were errors uploading the pictures. Very frustrating when it takes over an hour to add a few pictures. Overall, it's a great refrigerator if you don't mind keeping the front of it clean daily.

Wonderful refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator is pretty cool. It's spacious on the inside. The flex zone can be changed for whatever you may put in it. I used it for drinks it kept them just enough to not freeze. The freezer has plenty of room. The ice machine stays filled consistently too. I like the pitcher on the inside of the door. The water there is always nice and cool. The water dispenser next to it is great as well. As for the family hub, I like the ability to leave notes for my family. The apps come in handy for meal prep as well. The camera is nice for viewing what's in the fridge at any point. I do wish it was better at determining what food is what. Sometimes it mislabels and I have to correct it. Overall though, this is a great refrigerator and 0 I'm happy with it.

We have only had it a few weeks and there is a lot to learn on the family hub but I find myself wanting to discover more of its awesome features. The refill pitcher is the best. And we love the 2 different ice options. Can’t wait to customize the front panels to change the look in the kitchen. So far 100% pleased with this purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator with Beverage Center™, Family Hub, and Charcoal Glass / Matte Black Steel combo is just beautiful to look at. On top of that it has amazing features. I absolutely love the quick access to water and the ice drawer is wonderful. It automatically makes large and small cubed ice, and it has a very large capacity. The Family Hub keeps us all organized. I love that I can watch TV, make shopping lists, let my kids leave me notes, control my other smart devices and watch my security cameras from the display, and those just scratch the surface of what apps you can add to it. I love being able to look inside my refrigerator when I'm at the store incase I forget to check for something. I even love streaming music from my refrigerator while I'm doing other chores. The refrigerator and freezer have ample space to fill to our hearts desire. It's very easy to keep organized. We couldn't be happier with our Samsung Bespoke Refrigerator.
