[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This cookware set is absolutely stunning. The craftsmanship is beautiful and I can tell how well made these dishes are. The cookware is thick, and that takes some getting used to, however, this set evenly cooks anything you could think of. Although you need to hand wash these dishes, the cleaning process itself is easy and simple. I would recommend Viking cookware to anyone looking to upgrade their current cookware set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this set of pots and pans, they are very durable. They are not dishwasher safe but they are very easy to clean. You just have to read the directions because if the heat is too high or too low your food will burn. These are very professional pans and they are even more beautiful than in the pictures. Definitely worth the money!!

From the moment I unboxed it, I was blown away — this set feels expensive and performs like it belongs in a professional chef’s kitchen.
The black and copper finish is absolutely stunning on the stovetop — like functional art. But it’s not just pretty: the 3-ply construction gives me even, consistent heat every time, whether I’m simmering sauces or searing steak. The pans heat up quickly and retain heat beautifully, which means better flavor and less babysitting.
The glass lids are a surprising favorite — I love being able to keep an eye on my cooking without releasing steam or heat. The handles stay cool and feel super secure, even when the pots are full.
Cleanup? A breeze. Even after high-heat cooking, everything wipes clean (and yes, it’s dishwasher safe — but they’re so easy to clean I rarely need to use it).
Overall, this set has elevated the way I cook and made me excited to be in the kitchen again. Viking nailed it with the design, durability, and premium quality. I feel like a pro every time I cook — and honestly, that’s priceless.

They're great for cooking just about anything you could imagine. They're heavier than cheaper sets and disperse the heat throughout evenly. I love that that large pot has measurement indicators. Not to mention they are very easy to clean. They're by far the best set I have ever owned. You can read all the reviews you want but until you use them, you won't understand the quality. I definitely would recommend these and buy them again, considering a set for my Mom as she loves to cook.

Heat was even throughout the pan! We've had these for about two weeks & while it was a learning curve we absolutely love them!
