Scratches easily, and not dishwasher safe???

The black finished bottom side of our Dutch Oven pot has already scratched on the first day. Not sure what it's going to end up looking like after a month, much less a year.
The description says dishwasher safe on the website, but in the INSTRUCTIONS it says NOT dishwasher safe
This being said, it is the most beautiful set of cookware I have ever seen, hands down.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Don’t have it too long but so far I am pleased.
Cooking is a breeze with the right equipment. Yes the 3-ply is heavy to handle but worth the trade off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using the Viking Culinary 3-Ply 11-Piece Black and Copper Cookware Set for a few days now, and I’m genuinely impressed — especially after testing it out with something notoriously tricky: **crispy hash browns**.
First impressions, The black and copper design is sleek and high-end. It looks absolutely stunning on the stovetop and even better hanging or displayed. The construction feels solid, and the 3-ply stainless steel ensures even heat distribution. The Cooking performance for hash browns, you need a pan that holds consistent heat and resists sticking. These pans delivered. I used minimal oil, and still the potatoes browned beautifully and evenly — no scorching or hot spots. Even better: they didn’t stick! The glass lids allowed me to monitor cooking without releasing steam, helping me get that perfect soft-inside, crispy-outside texture. The cleanup was surprisingly easy. No crusty stuck-on bits, just a quick soak and wipe down. The copper accents clean up well too, as long as you avoid abrasive scrubbers.
This set is definitely an investment, but if you cook often (and like your cookware to double as kitchen décor), it's worth it. And if it can handle hash browns like a pro, it can handle just about anything.

These are the best pots and pans ever!

They’re sleek and gorgeous. I love that they all come with lids, and the fact that they’re stainless steel is amazing! No weird chemicals flaking off into my food over time! There’s definitely a little bit of a learning curve when you first start using them but once you get it, they’re amazing!
