It’s a beautiful set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Viking Culinary 3-Ply Hammered Copper Clad 10-Piece Cookware Set about 4 to 6 times a week, and overall, it’s been a great upgrade to my kitchen. The cookware heats evenly and quickly, and I love that I rarely need to use high heat to get good results. I also appreciate the glass lids for easy monitoring. The handles stay cool and feel sturdy, which makes them easy to maneuver during busy cooking sessions.
That said, there are a few things to keep in mind. The copper exterior requires regular polishing to keep it looking nice, and the set isn’t induction compatible. Also, the stainless steel surface can stick with certain foods like eggs if you don’t preheat properly or use enough oil. Still, if you don’t mind a little maintenance and want a set that’s both functional and stylish, this cookware gives a solid performance with a touch of luxury.

A Learning Curve but Then Great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love to cook so I was excited to try out this Viking 10 piece 3-Ply Hammered Copper Cookware Set. I like that the handles stay cool while cooking on the stove top even though they are metal. I also like being able to see how things are cooking with the glass lids. It is helpful that the cookware can go into the oven at temperatures up to 600 degrees. There is a learning curve in using coper cookware. Food can be cooked at a lower temperature because copper has even heat distribution. Caring requires a little different cleaning method and polishing if you want to keep the copper bright. It seems like it's a little harder to clean because it has a stainless steel interior. I'm used to nonstick pans. Once you get the hang of cooking and caring for your Viking Professional Cookware, I think you will enjoy it.

Cleaning is easy, dishwasher safe. The products scream durability. Heat distribution is great due to the product quality. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the copper color fades. Overall, loved the product

Gorgeous set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It felt like Christmas when my new pots and pans arrived. The set is gorgeous!! The hammered copper finish is stunning, and the color is that perfect copper color. The handles stay cool while cooking, which is important. Heat distribution is even and consistent. It includes four vented lids that fit all the pieces except the large frying pan. They are a little heavy, so that will take some getting used to, and I do have some concerns about cleaning and long-term maintenance. Overall, this set is so beautiful and worth the extra care to keep it looking its best.

Beautiful pots and pans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pots and pans heat up evenly and quickly. They are beautiful and are very easy to clean. The handles don’t get hot and are sized well. The only reason I didn’t give them five stars is due to the fact that on the first wash, they lost some of the copper coating and don’t look as pretty. Which is a shame for such expensive pans. Overall great use though.
