The hammered copper is a beautiful touch to the overall design and functionality for great heat distribution for even cooking. They are also super easy to clean so no unnecessary scrubbing needed. However, these are a game changer. Very beautiful, nice quality, sleek. I’ve made many meals on them and they’re easy to clean. The box came with instructions to take good care of them. I couldn’t be more thrilled.
