Overall appearance and compact to not take up space. Multiple settings for what you are toasting (bagel, bread etc.) and doneness level. Only drawback is it does not fit a wide length bread piece but good for wide width breads.

I bought the toaster about a month ago. It typically over toasts dry bread. So, make sure you eject it before the allotted time. I had great results with the frozen waffle feature.
It was received in the mail with two dents in the body. So, make sure you look it over after the ground delivery carrier drops it off.

I had to replace my toaster so this is the one I purchased. I am so glad. The different settings are wonderful but the best thing is the toast is perfect. I didn't know that toast could be so good.
