We are quite satisfied with this new Cuisinart 2-slice toaster. It performs as advertised. Handles various toasting tasks as advertised. The toasting of frozen items w/the defrost function has performed well! My only suggestion for this toaster would be to add a bell or sound when the toasting cycle is complete. Otherwise a nice product!

I feel that Cuisinart products are the best on the market. The toaster has 5 settlings and a defrost button. I tried another brand of toaster, gave away and purchase the Cuisinart one. I have had a Cuisinart coffee maker and when it went I purchased another one. I will not buy another brand again.

Great toaster compact, easy to use, small footprint, does a good job. Four Stars due to the weight of the stainless steel it is very light weight compared to my last Cuisinart toaster. Other than that don’t hesitate to purchase.

Does not toast evenly and the toast doesn't pop up far enough to grab it out. You have to use the lever to get your toast. Very poor design
