Absolutely love this toaster. It has many different settings for each kind of item you want to toast example toast, bagel, pastry, etc with wide slots and temperature settings to your desired level

Burn toast

When it works it makes good toast, English muffins etc. BUT most times it will not pop up and continue to burn the toast fill the house with smoke. It cannot be left alone for fear of burning. The eject bottom sticks. I have bought Cuisinart appliance’s before and have been very satisfied maybe this is a one off issue.

Slice button does not work, and bagel setting burns no matter the setting

I had one sided BURNT toast. Cut the cord and took picture as instructed. Got a second NEW toaster and it too BURNS one side of the toast. Needless to say I ordered a toaster from another company and I will be SOOOOO HAPPY when it arrives. Test your 2 slice toasters and you wi;;n discover that the right side no matter which section you place it in BURNS!!!!!!!!
