After years of using other toasters, this choice was best for the toasting of both sides of breads, etc. in a equal and satisfactory mode. Also love the ability to choose the exact product to select and toast. The other small choices of single slice, cancel process and the selection of how dark or light to toast my product has been very valuable for our family, overall very happy of this product that is now satisfying my individual needs and desires. I would highly recommend this toaster to anyone for its overall capabilities to perform in the highest level available amongst all toasters.
