This is a great toaster. We like the features and settings. It toasts evenly, dark and light toasting are both satisfactory. We have been using it every day for about a month now. A star was subtracted from the rating because the “single slice” feature doesn’t work. When the single slice button is activated, both slots still heat up. This is the only issue so far.
