It doe’s waffles pretty good and defrost but regular toast is inconsistent and doesn’t brown evenly. Expected more for the price paid and the brand name.

This toaster caught my eye while out shopping for gifts. I was drawn in by all the different settings available and features. I just had to try it out. First time use my toast wasn't toasted evenly and had the new toaster smell. After multiple uses it started toasting evenly and occasionally will toast uneven. Could be the bread is different texture. Now bread , bagels and English muffins are evenly toasted 98% of the time. Wife heats up pastry items in it and seems to do a good job at that . I am very happy with this purchase so far. Hope this toaster has a long life.

Looks good but doesn't work well. Doesn't toast consistently on same settings. Bagel setting leaves bagels hardly toasted at all. Single slice setting does nothing. Lever feels weak, as though it might break with normal force. Totally not the quality I expected.

Some of the reviews I read were way off, at least in my opinion. How someone couldn’t figure out how to use the single side is beyond me.
I’m very pleased and would recommend this product to anyone looking for a two slice toaster.

DISAPPOINTED ! It either doesn’t brown the bread or burns it. The browning settings are definitely not accurate. I would’ve returned it but the packaging was thrown away. It is definitely not worth the money.
