The toaster works as advertised. A frozen piece of bread or English muffin will first thaw when the frozen button is pushed then it toasts. The finished product is toasted to a golden doneness. We are pleased.

Little light on weight so lifting the lever for small items sometimes raises the whole toaster instead of just raising the toast; otherwise, perfect!
