Toast comes out perfect on setting 3. For English muffins you have to place it in the toaster and certain way and put on that setting. Best toaster I’ve ever had. Sleek design looks nice enough to leave out on the counter.

I purchased this toaster to replace my Cuisinart which I had for many years after the it began to burn toast on even the lowest setting. This one is a lot more metal and although attractive with many settings, the lever to push down the bread is a bit difficult. Give it a strong push and wait for the click. Otherwise, it toasts nicely and evenly on all settings.
