This toaster does exactly what I need it to do - TOAST - whatever I put in it which is usually a slice of bread or a bagel. Prefer using the bread setting for bagels as I like both inside and outside toasted but I like having the option.

i purchased this item because i read on the box and was told that there was a feature “labeled single”. which to me and the clerk took that to mean you could toast a slictof bread. in fact, i was told which slot to put the bread in

I bought this to replace an older toaster with minimal features that was inconsistant with its toasting. This toaster is great!! I love the multiple settings for each type of item I am toasting..No more guessing will it work well. It does. Even with frozen breads.
