Very nice toaster. It took a while to figure out which setting to use for our various frozen items because of all the settings: bagel, waffle, toast, etc. also single. And defrost.

We purchased this Cuisinart model toaster less than a year ago. The center heating element quit working. The one we recently received was a replacment. Cuisinart has gone cheap, like all other brands. Sad.

Best toaster I've ever had! This toaster toasts my bread both sides pretty evenly. I'm not used to that. It took me a long time to find the right toaster to do the right job.
