Dangerous Venting

This range is beautiful and has so many great features but I just can't get over that the venting is at the top of the oven door! It literally blows on you the whole time you are standing at the cooktop and it is face height for any child in the house! When you look at the store you see the "vent" at the back of the cooktop and "assume" it will vent there...wrong! What a disappointment...and at a huge expense!

Duel fuel 36” range/oven

After looking at several different brands we finally looked at this one and we’re glad we did. It checked all the box’s. Gas cook top. Electric oven, 36” wide, self-cleaning, confection, stainless . It had everything . It’s even an air fryer?! It’s easy to operate and it works perfectly. We really couldn’t ask for anything more.

Great Features and very precise burners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new range has been very good overall. When we installed it, we couldn't use the touchscreen in the upper right corner (were the menu settings were such as setting the time). We called it in to be serviced. The first person came and said that it would need to have some parts ordered. Than a more experienced service person called and came and was able to repair it by adding two screws (it even had the holes for the screws, we have no idea why they weren't in there from the beginning. The 2nd service person had seen the issue before.). After this initial frustrating issue, it's worked great. All the controls have been very precise. You can turn a burner on at a very low setting. My wife has even used the oven to proof bread at 100 degrees.
