Pretty but loud

Some normal operational sounds are expected, but if the noise seems excessive or unusual, a service technician can help inspect the unit.
Regarding the metal grate discoloration, this can occur over time with exposure to high heat and spills. To help reduce discoloration, we recommend cleaning the grates regularly with warm water, mild soap, and a non-abrasive sponge. Avoid using steel wool or harsh chemicals, which can worsen discoloration.

Do not recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you are a baker please don't get this range. The oven claims it is preheated to say 400⁰ and then I'll put something in and i adjust the temp by 2 degrees (just to check) and it says it's preheating at 315⁰... Or I preheat the oven to 400⁰ and without opening i check the actual temp and even though it dinged to tell me it was preheated it will only actually be 317⁰. Its just never accurate. Also it has a soft close door which is infurinating since I know how much heat the door loses when open. The range top is fine and powerful. Fairly easy to clean the top.
