Great microwave fits my cabinet fantastic looking stainless steel trim

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaced a GE microwave it fits our cabinet, this Frigidaire is much nicer and bigger and just fits in the tight cabinet space.
The stainless steel trim looks fantastic and the air vents are smartly designed so you don't get ugly slots in the trim like other brands. Congratulations Frigidaire.
If it breaks my review reverts to a lower number but for now it's fantastic, more power than the last microwave, and intelligently designed.
I was looking at Panasonic but there is interfere with Wi-Fi a known issue and you have to push more buttons to make it work. Because of the smaller cabinet I had very few options, and I don't want a microwave that has convection heating built-in because people are used to microwaves for example put a piece of paper over the food to prevents ladder, and a convection that catches on fire so everybody that uses microwaves with conduction needs to be trained to be careful.
If I want convection heating in the microwave I'll buy a special ceramic microwave dish or pan, but I think those have hot spots that can damage the microwave if not careful so why bother keep it simple.
Some of the downside stainless steel is always prone to fingerprints evenly the door gets fingerprints but that's my family, the touch buttons are sometimes difficult you have to press for the soft part of your finger although that's true of most touch buttons I press a number and after a 1/2 second delay the microwave starts for that many minutes no need to press start, that's something some manufactures can fix with programmang to make life more convenient but don't (Panasonic). I actually liked the delay because I don't want to be near the microwave when it pulses on I don't want to be near a turn on burst of radiation .. there are two things that protect you with a microwave, how far away you are from the microwave and the metal Faraday cage. In those food in the door and there's a small leaks the Faraday cage doesn't protect you, but the inverse square law always just step back.
The trim kit is expensive but not price gouge expensive considering all the venting is designed in and as mentioned looks fantastic, its not as flush as others but it's absolutely perfectly fine. I could get a countertop microwave for much lower cost, but built-in is what I am lucky enough to have.

30 plus years and counting!

Another one hit out of the park!
