Great Microwave

Perfect replacement for my Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a limited built in space for my microwave. My Whirlpool, which was maybe 5 years old, finally quit working. In looking at options for replacement, I found this Frigidaire unit that looks exactly like the Whirlpool down to the base where the studs on the base fit into my existing metal support. It took all of 5 minutes for installation and couldn't be happier with its performance so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only used to defrost and warm things up but am happy so far. Would like the option to set a time for defrost as well as pounds like my prior Frigidaire microwave. I’m not always defrosting meat. I am still learning so maybe there is a way to do that. It is a good size and am overall pleased. .

Short screws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The screws that were provided to attach the trim piece were too short to hold the outer trim in place. I had to go buy longer screws. Other then that everything else was great

30 year old built in cabinet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have ordered multiple microwaves, and had to return them because published dimensions were inaccurate and microwave would not fit. Not only did the microwave and trim kit fit but the performance is excellent. The trim kit mounting bracket could be a little bit better thought out as the mounting screws line up with the cut out and can not anchor to the cabinet.
