So glad I tried this machine!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love it!!! It was well worth the investment and my coffee is amazing! The only thing that bugs me is that I wish it was easier to find accessories for it like replacement parts, water filters, different portafilters, etc.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Leaked right out of box. common issue from what I read. Kitchen aid quality has gone downhill

Water leaking from tank straight out of the box

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas and straight out of the box it's already leaking from the water tank. Wish I had read reviews because apparently this is a known issue thats been going on for a while. It's ridiculous that they havent fixed this and are still selling this product with such a known issue. We tried putting an O-ring in the tube at the bottom of the water tank so hopefully that works, because since I bought this over a month ago for Christmas it is already past the refund window. Even if it works, I doubt i'll buy anything else KitchenAid in the future. Ive lost trust in them as a company.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed

I wanted so badly to like this machine, but after months of trying different grind/dose combinations, new beans, different beans, etc I have yet to pull decent shots. No matter what I do they’re thin and watery. I can’t get the pressure into the espresso range. Very disappointed especially given how pricey this machine is.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
