Love at first sight!

I have been looking for a new espresso machine for home for quite some time. I kept debating between semi & fully automatic options with a plethora of different price points. I was genuinely unable to make a decision until I saw this beauty.
I love the sleek design & the fact that the exterior is not plastic. I have seen far more expensive machines that I would never be able to justify the price point of, but this is a solid machine & I believe it is worth every penny. And, can we take a moment to admire how beautiful the Juniper shade is? It’s perfect.
Setup was very quick from unpacking the box to making my first latte. The steam wand is comparable to many other machines within this price range & you will have no issues making a piping hot latte, americano or even a perfect cup of tea.
I am extremely impressed with how quiet the grinder is. I can make a latte in the morning before work without being in fear that the noise will wake my spouse.
The machine does not take up a massive footprint on my countertop. It is fairly compact. My upper kitchen cabinets are set a bit low so I was fairly certain that I would not be able to set it on the countertop at all, but it fits like a glove.
If I had *one* negative thing to say it would be that my puck does not always easily release from my portafilter.
Overall, I could not be happier with my espresso machine.
Not incentivized. I paid for my machine with my own money.

I absolutely love it!! I was hesitant with all the paid for reviews but went ahead and ordered this bad boy anyways. Glad I did. I was able to make perfect Cubano’s in 3 try’s. Now I’m set for life:). The coffee is velvety and smooth. With no bitter taste. (I followed the simple instructions. lol). The way I like it.

It works amazingly well and is high quality. The grinder is so quiet which is a huge plus in the mornings when everyone is asleep. I'm very happy with this purchase and I highly recommend.

Absolutely terrible machine. Do not purchase.

I have had three of these machines and all THREE leak water out and are unusable. This is the most frustrating machine ever and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. When I called for a replacement, they mention they know these machines do it, but hopefully my replacement won't. Spoiler alert: it did. Do not buy this, put your money towards a much better quality machine.

Great espresso machine

Multiple Problems

We bought this espresso machine less than 1 year ago. Since then we have had ongoing issues with daily use. We have already been given 2 replacements and the issues keep happening. Everyday when we brew our first espresso the machine will shut off and the lights flash. Despite troubleshooting with the recommendations from KitchenAid, the problems persist. I do not recommend this product to anyone that is wanting a reliable espresso machine.
