[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel like a barista at home. This machine looks beautiful on my counter in the stainless steel. I like that the water tank is huge and hidden on the back (a nice added detail to not have to look at the tank). The portafilter has a great weight to it and lays flat on the counter. I will say there is a learning curve. I’ve made 7 cups and only one of them was not in “espresso range” and when I try to adjust the settings per the quick start guide, it affects it more than I’d think. That being said, each cup has tasted great nonetheless, I’m just continuing to experiment and enjoy the steamed milk and recipes that are included. It’s easy to clean and in my opinion hard to mess up a good cup. I’m still perfecting mine, but I love having this machine and choose it now over my grind n brew coffee maker.

Best and most beautiful machine for barista beginn

I have owned comparable machines in the past and this one outshines competitors in steaming wand strength, heating time, and pure beauty. Its tank is easier to refill as well. I find it to be quiet enough to use in the early morning without waking my family, and the coffees are amazing. I don’t miss going to the cafe at all because this machine is faster and makes such high quality espresso even as a beginner. I also use the hot water for matchas because it heats faster than a kettle. Solid product! This was gifted to me by Kitchenaid and Influenster in exchange for my honest review.

Amazing compact automatic espresso machine with ev

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best! Best! Best coffee machine and I’m so obsessed with it!! It’s been such a fun upgrade to my coffee routine. The machine looks sleek on the counter and feels solidly built. The burr grinder makes a huge difference—grinds are super consistent, and I can really taste the freshness in every shot. Pulling espresso is pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it, and it feels satisfying to make café-style drinks at home. It doesn’t give me the option to control the temperature of my coffee but it’s not an issue at all.
The steam wand works well for frothing milk (took me a couple tries to nail the texture, but now it’s creamy and smooth). I like that it gives me the control of a semi-automatic machine without feeling overly complicated. Cleanup is simple too, which is a big plus for me.
If you’re into making coffee at home and want a balance of quality and ease, this KitchenAid combo really hits the spot. It’s not quite “push a button and done,” but that’s part of the charm—you feel like a barista, and the results are delicious.

Great home espresso allows for easy bean transitio

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this new Kitchenaid semi automatic espresso machine with burr grinder as a courtesy to test and review and I am in love with it!
The packaging that it was sent in was great, there were handles to easily pull the machine out of the box. The buttons on the front panel of the machine clearly show what their use is for. I have found this machine to be very user friendly.
I love how easy it is to add water to the unit with its carry handle, and it’s a nice size water vessel so you don’t have to add water constantly. The top bean container lifts off so the machine can stay in place while you fill the tray with beans. This also allows you to be able to switch out bean preference based on your need.
I’ve used the hot water dispenser for making Americanos and the temperature is nice and hot at its highest setting.The espresso setting dispenses a lovely creamy pour. I’ve used almond milk with the frother and it has whipped up nice and creamy.
I love the hidden tray that holds all of the extra espresso trays for storage. It’s great having it all on the unit itself.
This is a beautiful stainless steel machine that looks elegant in my coffee bar station and makes the most delicious coffee drinks.

Perfect iced latte at home, every time!

Once you dial in your beans to the perfect grind setting, it pulls a flawless espresso shot every time. It’s surprisingly easy to use, after just 1–2 tries I felt like I had it down. The built in grinder makes it a true one stop shop for coffee at home, which has been perfect for making iced lattes this summer. I’m also really looking forward to fall so I can whip up cozy warm drinks with the milk frother (though I’m sure my latte art skills will take some practice, haha). Overall, it’s a fantastic machine that makes café-quality coffee right at home.

It did take a little while to figure out the right size for the bean I was using, but once you get that dialed in the espresso issuper easy. It’s so easy to clean and maintain. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the KitchenAid KES6551SX for a bit now and it’s been great overall.
Cleaning & Maintenance: Super easy to keep up with. The machine reminds you when it’s time to clean or descale, and most parts pop out for a quick rinse. The stainless looks nice, but it does pick up fingerprints.
Grinding: The built-in burr grinder is quiet and consistent. Adjusting the grind took me a few tries, but once dialed in it makes a big difference. Hardly any static mess either.
Brewing: You can brew single or double shots, and the espresso comes out smooth with good crema. The portafilter feels solid and professional.
Temperature: Heats up fast and stays consistent. I’ve had no issues with shots being too hot or too cold. The steam wand works fine for lattes and cappuccinos, though it takes a little practice for perfect foam.
