Still learning still tasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made my first video review for this KitchenAid semi automatic espresso with burger grinder! I have enjoyed learning how to make my own espresso.
I couldn’t figure out why my beans were not grinding. I eventually figured out the bean hopper was jammed with beans so I had to remove the beans and start over again. In the end it worked.
I have one complaint about the storage tray. I put the storage tray in without the drip tray and I could not pull it out without some finagling.
I used the videos that KitchenAid provided to learn about tamping my ground beans in order to make the perfect cup of espresso. I’m still learning to balance the bitterness with smoothness as I grind the beans. I am not fond of the steam wand. My milk is not foaming up well. I’ll keep working on my technique.

Coffee Shop Quality Espresso Every Time!

The setup was incredibly simple thanks to the easy to follow guide and from the very first use, I was thoroughly impressed with how user friendly it is. I am far from a professional barista, but this machine has me thinking I am close to becoming one! Whether I’m making a caramel latte, a simple mocha, or just a quick shot of espresso, I know it is going to be delicious every single time.
The machine is incredibly well made. It’s solid, and has a sleek design that looks beautiful on my coffee bar. The coffee grinder is so easy to use. It not only grinds the coffee, but it easily distributes and measures enough coffee for the perfect brew. Cleaning is just as simple as using it, which makes it that much more enjoyable. There is even a button for descaling the machine to ensure no nastiness or buildup happens.
I love that I no longer waste money at big coffee chains because the drinks I make at home taste just as good. Most times even better!
If you’re looking for a high quality machine that’s easy to use, reliable, and stylish, this one is the way to go.

Huge upgrade

Beginner Friendly - Great Results!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve owned another semi-automatic espresso machine for a while (the Covid years) but I never really got the hang of it. The KitchenAid, though, has been a completely different (and way better) experience.
The quick start guide made a huge difference—especially for dialing in the grind and dose. It took me about four tries to get the settings just right, but once I did, the crema was consistent and tasted great. Pulling a shot is super easy. Now I can make an espresso quickly, even before work.
It’s also quieter than my old machine, which is a nice bonus. In terms of the built in components - the grinder works so well that I can put away my separate grinder. Given the current heat, I’ve yet to try the steamer but, fingers crossed, it works just as well as the other components of the machine.
The included accessories are also perfect for getting a newbie started—no need for additional purchases. It’s a really thoughtful setup.
I actually look forward to my morning espresso now. If you’ve struggled with other machines or just want something easier to use, I’d definitely recommend the KitchenAid.

No more wasting money in a coffee shop!

Unlike other espresso machines, this one is very quiet, especially when it comes to grinding the beans and that in itself is amazing. It is so easy to customize your morning coffee you can make espresso, Americano, cappuccinos the options are endless. The fact that it grinds the beans fresh makes it so much more enjoyable because you get a fresh cup with every brew if you don’t have one of these, I suggest you get one because this has already saved me money and is a hit with my entire family!

The built-in burr grinder makes life so much easier. I can go from whole beans to a freshly ground shot in one seamless process. I have really enjoyed using this espresso machine. It is very easy to use once you get the bean settings to where you want them. The manual is well thought out and makes getting started simple. It also has problem solving tips if you come across any issues which is very helpful. The machine is well made and sturdy and has wheels on the bottom so you can move it easily on your counter, I love that. It holds a lot of water and a bag of coffee beans so you do not have to constantly fill it. I have made lattes and they are so good! I love being able to chef up my unique drinks with my non-dairy milk options. It comes with everything you need except espresso cups! I would say it takes max 2 minutes or less to make your drink. It's a lot of fun! The design of the machine is sleek and it looks and feels high end. Highly recommend!

Great espresso machine

Once you dial in the grind setting the espresso comes out smooth and rich and a perfect temperature. It feels solid and looks so sleek on the counter. The milk frother is also easy to use and makes luscious froth. I now look forward to my latte every morning.
