[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love my espresso machine it’s my second one just because the first one is stainless steel color and I just love the red retro color I bought a second machine. No complaints easy to use and enjoy an espresso every day.

Many malfunctions, buy something else!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought machine mid December. It worked well for a few weeks and then started to malfunction when making two shots of espresso, so we used the one shot multiple times until the new machine came. We received the new machine at the beginning of January and the pressure gauge immediately did not work. The needle would not move no matter if we used more/less beans, more/less pressure when tamping, multiple different kinds of beans. It was just simply broken. So I called kitchenaid yet again. One month later and many many hours of phone calls to wait until the previous machine had been “checked in” we have a 3rd machine coming as of yesterday. They gave me the run around many times as to when it would be checked in and to keep calling back on a certain day(this went on for weeks). With two machines malfunctioning within a month of each other, we wanted our money back, but kitchenaid was not willing to do that(even when some agents made me believe this would be an option). This has been an unbelievably frustrating time considering the amount of money and time we have wasted on this machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features, Easy to Use and Clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] - Previously, I had been using the Breville Barista Express (which I still like) borrowed from a family member. I wanted my own espresso machine and decided to with this one since it had more features that make using it a breeze.
- The removable water tank, the removable/interchangeable coffee bean holder are both great when requiring a refill. I haven't felt the need to try different beans, but if you're more of an enthusiast, it'd be a plus for you. - - The wheels in back of the machine make it easier to refill water and clean the surrounding area, yet it is stable enough so the machine doesn't move around as you use it
- I liked the color options that are provided for this item and selected the white one, which I felt is easier and tends to look cleaner than most stainless steel appliances.
- I also really love the size of this one by comparison to other machines with similar features. I don't have a ton of counter space, this one fit easily into the rest of my kitchen.
- I haven't started making any drinks that require steamed milk, but it's nice to have in case I would like to.

Features that Delight

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I appreciate the modern, simplistic, yet traditional design. It has the little features which delight like a tab in the catch tray that pops up indicating when the tray is full and needs emptying or the storage for the extra accessories. I've appreciated having the ability to adjust the grind, temperature, etc to get the perfect espresso. The startup guide was helpful as well.
