[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use expresso machine must say to read directions cause you have to make 5 test cups before it starts to come out correct… gladly I’ve had a great latte the steamer is very easy to use and buttons on the machine is pretty simple you can adjust water temperature and choose one or two shots!

horrible operation

Bought in May 2024 and in order to operate it i generally have to attempt 5 to 7 times before it actually puts coffee in the cup. The first 5 times the water goes to the tray and i then have to dump the water into the sink. This has been happening since i bought it but i am fed up now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It pulls the perfect shot every time. It cleans like a dream. The water resivor with filter keeps the coffee at the ready! It's fun experimenting with new confess daily!

It’s overall relatively easy to use, but there was a learning curve. The instruction book wasn’t super helpful but was still able to figure it out. I’d recommend this machine to anyone looking to upgrade their coffee-making at home. The coffee is so tasty

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! Absolutely amazing! From looks to function to cleaning! So simple to use as a first time espresso machine user which is shocking. You can tweak everything to your own specific desire which makes the experience even better. All the gadgets it comes with as well are top of the line and pretty heavy which is amazing to feel the build quality of it. Grinder is marvellous and i found it pretty neat that when it does start to grind a little light tuns on so you can see what’s happening!
