We value your feedback and care about your satisfaction. We apologize for the frustration you experienced during assembly. We offer support via the BILT app and our Specialist team is available every day to assist with questions or concerns.
We test our products in extreme weather conditions to ensure they can withstand the elements. The open sides of the griddle should not hinder performance and allows excess heat to dissipate.
We would like to know more about your experience. Please look for an email from our Specialist team. Thank you!
Love the 30” slate flat griddle. the cook space is plenty large enough to cook for my family of four, and then some! two of our favorite things to make so far have been smash burgers and all sorts of breakfast food!
I bought this model because I did not want the built in thermometer. Overall great griddle and I enjoy using it. However, I was surprised that the left shelf does not fold down and that there are no doors on cabinet. This was not clear to me from either the description or the photos.
So far I am a fan. Not sure if I’ll go back to the grill. No longer have to run from inside to outside to cook a meal. Food is fun to cook, clean up is a breeze and new tastes and cooking style.
