I am really satisfied with this product. It was easy to assemble and it's very sturdy. It provides very good, pretty even heating, it is truly versatile and it is incredibly easy to maintain. The first couple of time that I used my griddle, I found that the food was really sticking and I just couldn’t seem to scrape all the bits off of the griddle. I discovered that I was definitely not using the right tool!! Once I purchased the correct tool from Weber everything is just fine. I also found that it was really gummy after using, cleaning, and oiling, but I put that question out to the forum and was told to just continue to cook and the gummy feeling will go away….and it did. I found though, that the instructions that came with the griddle were not terribly clear, and I have been finding my way around on Utube as far as cooking, and cleaning. All in all….I love it!!! Food tastes great, looks great, and I can prepare a whole meal at once rather than running in and out.

I love the grill, only compliant and its not a huge compliant. Everyone of these griddles should have the temp gauge always. Does not make sense not to have it. Your regular grille always has one.

Really like this grill. I am literally making hamburgers, sausage patties and bacon right now all at the same time. I prefer a griddle and this works perfectly. Great for meal prep too. I have not made anything that didn't turn out great.

As expected, the griddle is very mell made and the griddle top lives ip to its name. No rush seen and easy to clean . It heats evenly and the wind has no effect on it. Would highly recommend this slate griddle .
