She's a beaut' Clark!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This GRIDDLE is a showstopper! It has both beauty and function. As well as durability. Let me say I am impressed.
First, I was looking for an outdoor griddle after watching my extended family work their culinary making on a Blackstone. Buuuutttt...the Blackstone, while a solid outdoor product, does not have a lid, leaving the griddle exposed to the elements. And where I live the pollen is flying right about now and I certainly don't want that in my food. So my search began. Annndddd ended up on laying my eyes on the Weber Griddle. Not only is this solid, like a Blackstone, but it has a retractable lid. Annndddd that lid goes ALL the way back, keeping it out of the cooking process.
Also, while it was HEAVY to move (The cast iron griddle is 40 pounds on its own!), assembly was pretty simple, taking exactly 51 minutes. (I timed it while my husband put it together.) The wheels are sturdy and roll freely, making it easy to move, as well as lock in place. Also, it has an easy to use grease disposal system which is much nicer than the Blackstone. Overall, I am IMPRESSED! I can cook anything and the cleanup is a SNAP! Which is a win for the working mama. Honestly this is so much more versatile than a grill. Don't get me wrong. I have my eye on a Weber grill too. But for now, this meets all my needs and then some. Thank you Weber for making such a reliable and good looking product.

Pre-seasoned carbon steel griddle. Has side tables and storage. 30in. Griddle covers pretty much whole grill top. Good hinged hard cover. On wheels. Griddle great for fruits, veggies, breakfast

Griddle that is rust-resistant and easy for cooking.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Weber Slate 30” Rust-Resistant Griddle was easy to assemble. My teenage son and I assembled this in less than an hour. It comes with assembly guide and everything needed except for a screwdriver and a propane tank. The griddle is pre-seasoned and ready to use for cooking. You are able to use spatulas, tongs. and scrapers that are metal. It has a built-in grease slots that catches grease and other food particles. There are three burners that regulate different heat levels that you can adjust. Underneath has couple of shelves that you can use for storing your cooking paraphernalia. There are side tables griddle level that you can use for prep. I found cooking on this griddle to be simple and easy. You can cook different meat, fish, vegetables, and even pancakes and french toast. I’ll be cooking more on this griddle. Love it.

Nice sized griddle makes cooking large amounts convenient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this Weber Slate 30" Griddle in exchange for my honest review on Influenster. Assembly was time consuming and a pain for my handy husband. It took over an hour, so I could only imagine that the process would've been had I been alone. Once assembled, it was a beautiful griddle. I wish the table extensions on each end could be lowered when not in use. I tried making eggs and pancakes, which came out ok. I believe I need to get comfortable using the griddle and figuring out the correct temperatures. I look forward to trying more recipes over the spring and summer!

Quick consistent heat and an incredible cooking experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely IN LOVE with this griddle! Setup was easy, and it’s ready to go right out of the box. Best of all - the food tastes delicious. Pancakes, eggs, smash burgers, hibachi, you name it.. you can do it on this griddle. The heat is consistent across the griddle top with no hot spots so your food cooks evenly and incredibly fast. Cleanup is a breeze and there are a ton of accessories available to purchase to add on to your cooking ease and experience. It is quite large, so keep that in mind when measuring out your space. Highly recommend as a perfect addition to any outdoor kitchen, and can’t wait to see what other delicious food we can make on it.

Another Fantastic Well-Made Product From Weber!

Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion Unfortunately I spent most of the month of May in the hospital, but when I arrived home my family had my Weber 30” rust- resistant griddle awaiting it’s christening. My father explained the ease of assembly and we both agreed that the construction was impeccable just as all of the Weber grills we’ve had in the past.
I was especially impressed with the large 30” pre-seasoned cooktop which is ready to use right out of the box and remains this way because of the rust resistant carbon steel. It gets up to 500 degrees and remains the temperature consistently from side to side. In addition to the amazing cooktop, it also has a cutting board tucked away and ready for use and a clip on bottle holder that keeps all your sauces nice and warm.
The 3 separate burners allow for the cooking your entire meal.
Of course I saved the best for last which is the fast and efficient cleanup with their well thought out grease slots and the XL drip pan.
This Weber griddle has become the new family favorite and we all take turns operating it. I cannot say enough about this wonderful griddle and if you haven’t used or seen one, I highly recommend checking it out!
