I purchased this 30” griddle a week ago for two reasons. First because it is a weber and second because it claims to have edge to edge even heat. That I have found out is not the case and is the only thing I am disappointed with. As with my other Weber grill it is well constructed and I am very pleased with it.

My first flattop and its very well made and easy to use and maintain. I updated the wheels right away to rubber and larger diameter to make for easier moving on rough terrain. I wish the unit I have had left shelf to collapse for easier covering and storage space savings.
