This purchase was better than I could have expected...I looked at many reviews prior and selected this one. Even heating, high BTU, wind resistant, cooking surface ready to go, and in the end, as a first time outdoor griddle, worked like a champ
Works great for breakfast and dinner items. Heats up really fast and holds the temperature well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received the new 36" rust-resistant griddle last week and it was easy to assemble and has been great to use. Love the cooktop and ease of cleaning. Everything is in the right place, especially the grease catcher.
Assembling now. Surprisingly easy. Can’t wait to get cooking. Weber in my book makes incredible products. Should look great beside my stainless Weber grill. Making an outdoor kitchen.
Excellent Griddle - really enjoy the 36" vs the smaller 30" the extra burner makes a difference when doing large cooks. Side table is really handy and the electronic thermostat is handy. Like the slate design and not needing to oil, however still do sometimes to ensure optimum performance. This thing is heavy 300lbs and a large box so be prepared. Took approx 1 hour solo to put it together. Unit is solid, wheels roll well. No complaints so far. Highly recommend this unit. Looked at other brands and decided on this due to the slate design and not needing to ensure I had to oil it on a regular basis.
This thing is a beast! It is big! Make sure you have the room for it. This is my first griddle and there is a learning curve as my main issue is that everything cooks so fast. I have made breakfast and dinners and it is a complete blast! I am looking for every opportunity to cook on this now. Build quality is great and assembly was easy. You will need to take everything out of the box though as it seems to be packed backwards with the first items needed on the bottom. I dropped a star as the temperature gauge is constantly reading low battery and it is taking Weber a long time to get this resolved.
