So far is working as expected. Have been using 1-2 times per week.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hands down the best griddle I could find.

Coming from a popular competitor, the Slate quality, fit and finish are FAR superior. The cooking surface on the slate is as impressive after 30 or so cooks as it was when I felt it in the store. After shopping the sales leaders, it was an easy choice. This is my fourth outdoor griddle and a welcome addition to my increasingly predominant Weber kitchen.
Did several hours of research, watched a ton of videos. Finally landed on the 36 inch slate. So far I LOVE it! Here are a few takeaways; bigger is better, on the first run I used all 36 inches! The side tables are necessary as is the caddy. I quickly added the paper towel and trash bag holder. The 36 inch slate is worth the dollars!
Love this. Before buying, I compared to other manufacturers’ models. Really glad that I chose this one. Heating surface is very consistent across the griddle. It is easy to light and maintain. Having the griddle surface pre-seasoned is a real benefit. We have used this virtually everyday for the last month. Breakfast of pancakes, eggs, breakfast sandwiches, bacon, scrapple, etc. Everyone loves breakfast. For dinner, we have made smash burgers, which are by themselves worth buying this griddle. We also made cheesesteaks, fried rice (another family favorite on the griddle), corn, steak, etc. I highly recommend this product. No issues at all.
I love my Weber Slate 36! I am getting fat because of how much time i am smashing burgers and making cheese steaks etc and i don't care. I love the griddle, didn’t want to cheap out, i wanted the best, Weber, and I'm not disappointed. Also i am so glad i got the 36” the 30” would have been too small.
